NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARIANG OF PROPOSED BOND ISSUE BY THE CITY OF NORTON, VIRGINIA The Council of the City of Norton, Virginia (the "Council") will hold a public hearing on the proposed issuance of bonds by the City of Norton. The general purpose for which the bonds are to be issued is to finance improvements to the Upper Norton Reservoir. The estimated maximum principal amount of the bonds is $2,160,000.
